Bizzabo
Bizzabo's award-winning event app is trusted by the world's leading brands to power immersive virtual, in-person, and hybrid events and help you get the most out of your event experience. As part of my previous work experience, I led the Post Merger Integration project between Bizzabo and Klik, a Canadian event management company.
During this project, I designed an onsite experience for event check-ins using smart wearables, which involved collaborating with cross-company product teams to prototype, design, and deliver UI and UX experiences using a lean design process. To ensure optimal product performance, I conducted research, design, testing, and iteration.
Throughout the project, I also communicated progress and results to the board, providing regular updates on the project's development and outcomes. Overall, this project was an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in the event management industry while building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Medflyt
At Medflyt, we have created a mobile app learning center specifically designed for healthcare workers.
Problems:
The learning app faces various challenges in catering to its target audience, which primarily consists of individuals who study on-the-go during their daily commutes.
A significant hurdle is the users' limited technological proficiency, which poses a challenge for them to navigate through the app's various features and functions.
Additionally, users may encounter difficulties due to language barriers, as they may not be proficient in the language used in the app's content. These challenges can result in frustration and decreased engagement, negatively impacting the app's efficacy in delivering educational content to its target audience.
